I found the "perfect" truck online. After several emails back and forth, I took off 1/2 a day of work to make the deal. I arrived at my appointment at 2:00, 45 minutes early. I was told the truck was sold but they had a vast selection to choose from. They had my number, email and an appointment and did not bother to contact me. This was classic bait and switch. I will never do business with them. Go to Vandergriff, much more honest and reliable. Heck, the scummy dealers on Division are probably more honest. Don Davis will never see a penny from me. More

Trino Moreno made my buying experience the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased 6 vehicles in my life. This young man needs to be a manager as soon as possible. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I got what I wanted and that I was satisfied. Please consider promoting this employee. His attitude and willingness to achieve customer satisfaction was obviously more important to him than the other sales representatives that I dealt with and it would be in Don Davis' best interest to have someone like Mr. Moreno representing the senior staff.
