I had visited the service department due to a check engine light on my 2011 Altima. While at the dealer I decided to check out what the new vehicles were available. Walked to the sales department and w engine light on my 2011 Altima. While at the dealer I decided to check out what the new vehicles were available. Walked to the sales department and was immediately greeted by Trino Moreno. I mention I had my car in service department and was interested in learning more about the new vehicles. Trino respectfully asked me to step inside out of the cold weather and listened to my questions and concerns about my current vehicle. Once we established what features I was looking for in a new vehicle he brought out and showed me a vehicle that fit my budget and closely matched my current payment. I was not satisfied with his first choice (2011 maxima). So we moved on, lead me to the new vehicles dept. and i set eyes on the beautiful cayenne red 2013 Altima. I asked about all the new features in the new Altima. Trino seemed to be exceptionally knowledgeable with the new features of the vehicle and the optional packages. Once I test drove the Altima I was definitely interested in upgrading from my current Altima. Needless to say im the proud owner of a brand new 2013 Altima. thanks to Trino's knowledge of the vehicle line up and courteous manners I was able to easily find what I was looking for. We were only going to "look" for a car but David was a great sales person. He did not pressure us but he went above and beyond to help us find the truck we wanted. Daniel did a GREAT job listening to what I had to say, he did not pressure me, but kept me thinking. The biggest thing we noticed about this location was the "hustle" of the sales reps. They were literally running around so they could get the job done quickly and efficiently. Other dealers "run" their sales reps, but it comes off as flustered and unorganized. These guys run to get the job done! Javier is finance was also great. He understood our financial situation and gave us tips to get the best out of our service package! Overall job well done, we will be Don Davis customers again. More

i was blown away from start to finish, i have had to come back already for a few things and honestly it gets better and better. i visit dealers everyday and have never met one that would treat you sooooo wel back already for a few things and honestly it gets better and better. i visit dealers everyday and have never met one that would treat you sooooo well. i have worked at one also and never would they have told their staff to be this courteous. i even visited other Don Davis locations that were actually rude. the staff lights up when i come in as if they were just waiting to serve......just me. the whole process in the finance department was a miracle for sure !!!!!!!!!!!! i have already told 5 committed buyers , you have to use Don Davis Nissan. or you will be mad later. LOVED my buying experiance More
