We got there and we were coming to see these car we saw in the internet web page they have but it had been sold so they took us to oscar pena who showed us the cars we were interested in and he showed us o in the internet web page they have but it had been sold so they took us to oscar pena who showed us the cars we were interested in and he showed us one and he took us there to the other dealership and brought back lets test drive and then we said we were gonna buy it and he took us to the finance area were they showed helpful payment methods and while we sign the papers they washed the truck and filled the tank with gas and then oscar pena gave us the keys and we said bye i am totally satisfy with the help they gave us in buying our new car. Things started off rough because I made the mistake of parking next to New sales and was approached by a salesman who didn't know anything about the used inventory, especially the car I was interested in. parking next to New sales and was approached by a salesman who didn't know anything about the used inventory, especially the car I was interested in. And when I tried to inquire about anything wlse in my price range he was unable to tell me anything. Luckily my wife went to see the car and met with Marvin. He took care of her and was not pushy. He made regular check-ins during the week to make sure we were still interested. When we decided on buying from Don Davis Nissan Marvin was out but he had arranged for another coworker (Oscar Pena) to help us finish the buying process. We were very happy with the service and friendliness of the employees both sales and finance. We didn't feel pressured at all during the process unlike other dealerships we had visited. They accommodated us on the price and we were very happy with our purchase. I would like to add that Oscar Pena was a pleasure to work with and was very friendly and took care of us while we purchased the car. Aside from the initial let down we found a great price and excellent service at Don Davis. More

OUTSTANDING Customer Service! I had no intention of buying a vehicle on my first visit to this dealership. My visit was purely research (I take my time making decisions) as I was not even sure what typ buying a vehicle on my first visit to this dealership. My visit was purely research (I take my time making decisions) as I was not even sure what type of vehicle I really wanted. Michael Reynolds was kind and patient. Furthermore, he asked just the right questions to help me determine my true needs and desires for my new car. After a few test drives, and many hours at the dealership, I finally decided on what I wanted and felt ready to at least discuss purchase/leasing options. My blood sugar plumeted however due to missing lunch and dinner and I knew I may be at the dealership a while longer. So, Michael was so kind to order a meal for me and had it delivered to the dealership. I could then think clearly again, continued crunching the numbers and left that night with my new Nissan Rogue in Cayan Red. I am so excited and pleased with my new vehicle.
