We actually leased a Sentra less than a month ago from this dealership. We were trying to decide whether we wanted a Versa or Sentra model vehicle. Did we mention is was raining hard the entire time we were test driving vehicles. The entire staff that worked on our deal period, made for a great experience. In fact, we returned to purchase yet another vehicle. I was very interested in a Z370 or Altima coupe. Again, our salesperson, Khien, was extremely helpful. There's no question the Z was really what I wanted and Khien along with everyone involved worked hard to make this deal happen. I got a great return on my trade in and one heck of a deal on my Z. His knowledge and ability to explain about the car was very helpful and assisted us in making our decision. That, and the test drive of this sweet, low-mileage beauty. We eventually met with Shawn Benker who helped us close the deal. We arrived not prepared to make a purchase that day, but Shawn and Treno worked with us and we were able to come to terms that we were comfortable with and without any pushiness. We did not complete the deal on our intial visit, as we had to get back home, but they patiently waited for us to come back to the dealership a few days later. Jesse Lacy in Finance was helpful in securing us a terrific interest rate and was very thorough and efficient in handling our paperwork and explaining the terms. Afterwards, Treno took time to go over the car with us and our 17-yr old son, who will eventually be the primary driver of the car. The next day, Treno called to check on us and to make sure we were enjoying the car and to see if we had any questions or concerns. A very nice touch. We appreciated the service throughout the whole process and we would recommend Don Davis Pre-Owned when looking for a vehicle, even if you have to drive over an hour to get there, like we did. More
