I went to Don Davis not having a clue on what car I wanted, Chris did everything in his power to make sure that the car I chose will be right for me. He did not give up and no matter how late it was getting he kept working hard to make sure that I was going to leave the parking lot happy and I did. I have never met anyone that worked at a car dealership who was so kind and helpful, in my opinion most dealerships looks at customers as walking dollar sign. When I came to Don Davis and worked with Chris he treated me like a real person, he helped me stay in the budget that I was looking for and I left the place with a wonderful car and a big smile on my face. I am a first time car buyer that was a really scary and nervous position to be in, but when you have a great dealer like Chris that all changes. I had my boyfriend and my mother with me and we all were satisfied with the wonderful customer service that was given to us my mom is a very hard person to please, we were there for like about 4 hours and my mom is very impatient and that is really hard for anyone to work with her but Chris stuck it through and she even left the parking lot happy and that was a shocker to me. I purchased a gentley used Juke, and the car is great. My wife had just bought a Morano at a different dealership, and I liked that car so wanted to trade in my Jeep for something a little more fuel effic My wife had just bought a Morano at a different dealership, and I liked that car so wanted to trade in my Jeep for something a little more fuel efficient. I had some trouble setting up the Blue Tooth option and took it back the same day to get some assistance. Faraz was very helpful and even assisted my wife with her set up even though we didn't by the car there. He was very friendly and made the experience easy and trade in process quick and simple. I priced my trade in with Kelly blue book before shopping and their trade in offer was very reasonable. I would buy another car here in the future. More
I am shocked by all the good reviews here. The purchase was an event of its own with attempts at slipped in costs when dealing with finance, which we already had through our bank. Then, were not asked to purchase the service contracts but they were added in "by mistake" and we noticed after signing! Totally our own stupity there and instead of redoing all the paperwork after hours into this, we caved in and convinced ourselves it was a worthwhile expense. So, bought the service contract and that is the only reason we continue to take our SUV back to Don Davis for service. The pressured upsale is exhausting. One time a service manager brought a sales guy in to try and sell us a new car when we decided we didn't like their quoted price to fix a small issue on our 2006 model. (The cost to fix elsewhere ended up being $80.00.) It was an offensive tactic, to say the least. Over the years we have talked to many others who have had similar experiences with Don Davis. I was on here looking for another dealership to take our car to, but after reading these, I no longer trust these reviews. More

Chris worked with me for over a month, attempting to find me the perfect Frontier package in a color I wanted. He never acted inconvenienced or frustrated but constantly kept in touch when he found something he thought I might like. When I called Chris to tell him I was no longer interested in a Frontier but decided after seeing a red, Toyota Tocoma, Texas Package, that was what I wanted, he immediately said that he could sell from any Don Davis dealership and he would check with Don Davis Toyota, Arlington. He called me that same week saying he had two red Tacoma's, Texas Package trucks. Although, he was busy with other customers at the Nissan Dealership, he set a time to meet me at the Toyota Dealership. It was there that I drove away a satisfied customer driving a red Toyota Tocama with a Texas Package. Don Davis is fortunate to have a salesman that is concerned with his customers needs and wants. Chris is an employee that every employer would be proud to have working for them. More
