I highly would recommend this dealer and salesperson to anyone. I have purchase and leased a car every 2 years and this by far was the easiest. I called with details of what I wanted and the price I needed and within 3 hours Raza called me back and had all the details of the car I wanted and the price I was looking to pay. I shopped 12 Nissan dealership via Internet and phone calls and every single one of the metroplex dealers kept telling me that I was crazy to ask for a price that low and sent me looking. Don Davis not only gave me the price I wanted but it came out even cheaper. Once Raza called me with the price and emailed me specs, I went to the dealer and within 1 hr I was driving my new murano. I was so impressed I went back 3 days later a got a new maxima. That should tell you how good these guys are, as I'm a tough customer to please. I expect quality and customer service to go above and beyond and they did all that and more. Thanks again for all the help and proving to all these Dallas,Lewisville,Corinth,grapevine and Mesquite Nissan dealerships that I could get the deal I wanted. More
I had previously purchased a new car at this dealership and decided to look to them to purchase a used car for my grand daughter. We arrived late in the evening not expecting to have time to purchase, but and decided to look to them to purchase a used car for my grand daughter. We arrived late in the evening not expecting to have time to purchase, but time to look and see if they had anything within our budget. Matt, the used sales manager, greeted us at the door and introduced us to Keith, our salesman. Keith listened intently as we explained what type of car and price range we were in the market for. He left us to check inventory without pressuring us to fill out a credit application prior to looking at a car (rare these days). Within a few minutes he had a car pulled up for us to look at and test drive. I told him we could come back the next day since it was getting very late and the dealership was closing for the night. His statement to us was "You are a valued returning customer. If you have the time now, then so do I". So, we looked the car which was nice, but a little high on the mileage and he could tell my grand daughter was not crazy about it. He asked us to wait inside for a few more minutes and he returned with another car. It was exactly what we were looking for. I had a vehicle for trade, which Matt looked at and came back with a very fair price. I knew I had chosen the right dealership to purchase my grand daughters car from. Within a few minutes we had the numbers worked out and we were off to finance. Again I apologized for it being so late and making them stay after closing, but they were very accommodating and said it was no problem to them. We met Jesse Lacy, the Finance Manager who welcomed us hardily and began the paperwork. We found that we would be approved for a loan through a lending company and we signed the paperwork. I did not have the title to my trade with me, but they allowed us to take delivery of the car that night and bring the title in the next day. The following day, we returned to the dealership to give the title to Jesse. He greeted us and invited us into his office and said he had a surprise for us. He was able to secure a loan for us from a different lender at a much lower rate than what we had the night before. It saved us enough money that we were able to purchase an additional warranty for the car. We were amazed that Jesse would take the time to double check and make sure we had the best loan possible for our needs. Most dealerships we have dealt with in the past would have left it as it was and never looked back. As long as we were out the door and gone, they would have been satisfied. Not at Don Davis Nissan. From the moment we arrived to inquire about the car through to the next evening, finalizing the new loan agreement, they were very professional, courteous, and showed true concern that our buying experience would be easy and enjoyable. With more grand kids coming of age, we will be back at Don Davis Nissan in the future for more great car buying experiences. More

We recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue at Don Davis Nissan. We came to this dealership based on a friend's recommendation and we were not disappointed. He and the gentleman in the finance office were able to offer us a price and payments that worked for us and we are so pleased with the experience at Don Davis. We will definitely recommend this dealership and Trino Moreno to anyone who asks! They were very sweet and understanding with our three year old son, who was very tired and at times cranky. I enjoyed my interaction with Daniel Garza. He was very accommodating to my needs. Without any hesitation he took me to the other dealer 20 minutes away to see a vehicle that he thought might suite my need accommodating to my needs. This was my first experience with Don Davis Group. I live 50 miles away, so I would not have normally driven past 4 Nissan Dealers to get to a 5th, but this one intrigued me. Internet pricing was the hook to get me to the dealership – it was significantly lower than other Nissan dealers in the Metroplex on comparable equipment; I sent an email offer in, they responded within minutes. We made an appointment for me to come in. They had the car I was interested in parked front and center, ready for a test drive. No muss, no fuss, I drove it, they pitched me the price they advertised with no "gotchas". Well, okay, they did tag on a few silly dealer ‘add on items’ that push up the price, thus their margin, but that is what it is and is not uncommon these days. Add-on fees are the bane of airline travelers and car buyers, but hey, no one held a gun to my head to pay them; it was a couple of hundred bucks total as I recall – I do think such 'undercoating and air in the tires' type fees are a bit shady (as I do airline baggage fees), hence I didn’t give all 5s in this review. Finance was the easiest part this side of simply paying cash. No issues, no games, no high-pressure warranty stuff (he asked once, as he must, then let it go) – frankly a real pleasure. I was in and out in couple of hours, one of which was prepping the new vehicle for the drive home. More

When we arrived to pick up our new vehicle the entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were given our test drive with Joe Odeh, who was very helpful in explaining the features and how they worked as we tested our new Armada. I can not say enough about the fact that this dealership General Manager went over and above any dealer we have ever traded with to make us the best deal, as well as make sure he found us the vehicle we wanted. We will definitely recommend Jason Barling and his dealership to all of our friends and family. We drove 350 miles from our home to trade with him and will do it again in the future.
