Always a great experience with all our dealings whether purchasing a vehicle or regular services. Oil changes tire rotations and such. Mr Hays and George Murry were very helpful! I did everything over the phone before I got there and after arriving at Don Davis Nissan everything was as the sales manager promised it would be. I also got to meet the sales managers, who were very friendly and very informative. I felt right at home at Don Davis. I loved everything about it. Bought the carguard package from Don Davis for $244. Then, they refused let me use it to change my oil. Demanded a refund of the package. Spoke to Jason Barling (the General Manager) about the hassle, he made promises he did not follow up on and now doesnt return calls. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! The service is horrible and you can get better service at other dealerships. More
Don't bother wasting your time here. Spent 30 minutes waiting for them to tell me the price of a new vehicle, despite the fact they had it in the advertisement. Price was different from the ad so I started walking out when they started the whole "come meet the sales manager" business which I politely refused (I had my 3 kids and wife with me and they were already short on patience). Sales guy (MJ) said he would get in trouble if I didn't wait for his sales manager, as if I cared and then told me I was disrespecting him after he went to the effort of showing me "the numbers" - crazy stuff - I told him it was hard to sell something if you won't tell someone how much it costs - he got all up in arms about this which ended any chance that I was going to do business at this dealership. Typical used car dealer tricks. Stay away! I called to confirm that a vehicle was available and was told it was. I was instructed to ask for the manager Shawn Venker (or similar last name?). When I arrived 30 minutes later I was told the vehicle was sold the night before!!!! Of course the slimy dealer tried to pull the bait and switch with well "We don't have that one but we do have this one.....". If you just sit around and twiddle you thumbs and have time to kill, go to this dealer, they can help you with that. If however, you value you time, stay away, Don Davis Nissan does not value your time, just your money. More
We originally thought this dealership would be good to work with and our recent purchase went pretty well until it turned out they lied to us and did not follow through with the original terms. We turned in a Nissan lease and opted for a new Nissan to purchase. They were suppose to pay off the remaining amount on the lease (buy it out) and we would take over new payments on the new vehicle. This went ok at first until we received a bill saying we owed another payment on the lease from the vehicle we turned in. Now our salesperson says there is nothing he can do and I cannot even get his boss (Wes Hayes) on the phone to discuss the matter. Sounds like these guys are only out to take you for what they can get and don't care about much else. I will NEVER buy from them again and will not recommend them to anyone I know!! They are the reason I HATE car purchases and that whole business! More
The Service Rep. at Don Davis, Marc Prestwood, LIED to me 3 times about when my truck would be ready. First When I dropped it off at 7:45AM, he said it would be ready mid-afternoon. OK. I had not heard fro 3 times about when my truck would be ready. First When I dropped it off at 7:45AM, he said it would be ready mid-afternoon. OK. I had not heard from him by 4pm so I called. He said it was not ready but should be by 5pm. I arrived back at the dealership at 5pm. It was still not ready, but he said it should be "soon". OK. I waited until 6:45pm and then it was finally ready! Please save yourself the headache and DO NOT deal with Don Davis of Arlington! More
