I work lots of hours so for me it was hard to return to the dealer and attempt to get help. When I was able to get in Faraz completely understood and jumped on board with helping me. Two other salesman also took time to help me out. I was taken care of and was put into a much nicer vehicle. I believe the outcome turned out fair for both parties. A situation where they were not obligated to help me at all but they did anyway. A+. More
