Don Davis Nissan

This have been my fourth vehicle purchased from Don Davis. I just recently purchased the 2013 Nissan Altima and the experince was horrible with the entire staff from the car saleman Jeff Brubaker to th Davis. My new car had to be returned to Nissan the very next day after the financing and signing off on all the paperwork. The loaner car that was given to me was extremely dirty from the inside out. The service advisor was very unprofesional her name is Carrie i complained to her about the filthy loaner, i was told that was the car i had to take while my brand new car was already in the shop for a new speedodometer replacement. I did not even want her as an advisor but she ignored my comments about working with the advisor of my choice.Carrie was rude and seemed as if she didnt want to help out a valued customer.I also never recieved any calls to update me on the status of my new vehicle. Last but not least the day i picked up my plates and tags the salesman Jeff Brubaker was rude.He showed no compassion of my complaints as if the vehicle has already been sold so "Deal With It". I myself had to put my own plates on my vehicle. This has been the worst experience i have ever had after many years of being a loyal and repeatative customer with Don Davis Nissan and other locations of Don Davis. More

When I drove on the lot on a rainy dark day (after 7pm), I was given immediate attention from Octavio Lopez. I told him I had seen a Dodge Caliber online and I would like to see it. When my dad and I arrived at Don Davis Nissan in early January I had my eye on a White Nismo 370z. As soon as our feet hit the pavement at Don Davis Khien was there to greet us with a smile and a helping January I had my eye on a White Nismo 370z. As soon as our feet hit the pavement at Don Davis Khien was there to greet us with a smile and a helping hand. He quickly got the keys to the Nismo and other Z's as well so I could compare the feel. Khien jumped through every hoop he could to get us the best price on the car possible, but unfortunately the Nismo was just a little out of my price range. This wasn't because the dealership wouldn't come down on the price, Khien made an extremely aggressive offer that, had I had the finances, I would have drove out with the Nismo on the spot! I had my heart set on a pearl white Z and I made sure to make that clear, and Khien responded perfectly. At the time, Don Davis did not have a white z on the lot, but Khien and his team once again were willing to jump through any hoop to satisfy my desires of what I was looking for in a new Z. A couple weeks passed by and I found myself looking at a white base Z at a different dealership. While I was talking to the dealers there I could only think about how much better I was treated by Khien and the fact that I would rather have Don Davis make the trade than buy from this different dealer. I called Khien that night to tell him this dealer had the car I wanted. He was more than happy to make that happen and promised they'd beat the price that the other dealer had quoted us. The day before I went down to negotiate the trade Khien called me with the best news. A new white Z had arrived on the lot right off of the truck. It had some additional options than the one at the dealership but I welcomed everyone of them. The price of the car was a little higher because of this but Khien fought to get the best price for me and I practically walked away paying the same price for the other one!!! I've only had my Z for about 12 hours but I'm happy I made this investment, and I was even more happy to have done business through Don Davis especially with the help Khien Bui. He didn't try to make me buy a car, he tried to sell me a car meeting every demand I threw at him. He has become a friend of mine more than just the guy who sold me my car. More
