I was referred by my friend Mrs. Islam and she stated that Marcus Mcrae give great service. She later called me back and gave me the contact information for Raza Inthanongsack. When I arrived at the dealership, I was nicely greeted by another salesman who directed me to Raza. Raza displayed excellent customer service. He asked us what make, model, and color of vehicle we preferred and he proceeded to attend to our request. We test drove a vehicle and Raza explained all the services/product regarding the Nissan Altima. The general manager took the time to welcome us to the dealership and thanked us for our visit. I felt right at home at this point. Raza processed our application and explained our figures. We went to financing with Marcus Mcrae who further assisted us with excellent customer service. I have never felt more pleased with a dealership and its employees until now. I will refer all family and friends to Don Davis Dealership and for them to go see Raza and Marcus. Donna And I were very impressed with the attention and service we recieved from Joe, Oliver and George. There was no presure or push to buy. I told him we have a price in mind as to what we want to spend, you have one shot at your best price, none of this let me talk with my manager and see what we can do. Joe agreed. George the manager agreed when I told him the same thing. Oliver for a new sales person was very attentive as to how the deal went. We were impressed. From George down the whole sales staff was very curtious, always asking if we were ok and if there was anything we needed. We made the deal Saturday 2/9 and took delivery of the Murano on 2/11. NOW the only negitive the Murano was not cleaned to our satisfaction this was brought to Georges, Joes and Olivers attntion. I don't have to tell you what happend next, lets put it this way the three got into the car and left, came back and all that was said, taken care of. Thanks to everyone there. The reason below is why my wife and I decided to purchase a new Nissan Murano. My wife was in need of a new vehicle. We had bought a new 2006 Armada from Don Davis Nissan in the past. The vehicle and the a new Nissan Murano. My wife was in need of a new vehicle. We had bought a new 2006 Armada from Don Davis Nissan in the past. The vehicle and the dealership were very good. Nissan makes a very good product. The Armada did very well for us !!! So with this prior dealership experience and quality vehicle reliability, we decided to go back to Don Davis for our new car purchase. As from our previous experience with the sales staff, the salesman(Ngozi Echebelem) for our new car was a great help in finding the right model of Murano for my wife's needs He was very knowledgable and helpful regarding all the features of our vehicle. I would certainly recommend anyone who wishes to purchase a car from Don Davis Nissan to ask for Ngozi. He is a very helpful gentleman. The other thing I would like to mention is the F and I transaction was a very smooth process. I have to admit this was my best new car purchase experience !!! Thank you very much............... I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima from Don Davis Nissan. I came to this dearlership based on a friend's recommendation. I wasn't sure what car I wanted and had visited several other dearlership befo Nissan. I came to this dearlership based on a friend's recommendation. He was very friendly & professional and didn't try to pressure me into buying a car that day. He asked what I was looking for in a car and brought a car up for me to test drive. He was the only salesman that I dealt with out of all the dearlership that took the time to sit down with me after I test drove the car to discuss my options. I didn't purchase the car that day, but I did go back a couple weeks later and Trino was there to guide me through the process. The finance guys did a great job getting me financed.
