The staff here at Don Davis Auto Group was extremely friendly! The salesman, Frank Emebo, was awesome! We had no intention of stopping at this particular dealership, but it was on the way between the 2 were visiting that day, and we feel fortunate that we stopped here. We were at the beginning stages of looking for a vehicle, and as luck would have it, they had exactly the vehicle we wanted, coupled with the great atmosphere, and we left that day with a vehicle!! I would rate my experience with the purchase of my vehicle to be excellent. This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I must say my second purchase was by far the be vehicle to be excellent. He is very sweet and takes great pride in his job. He made sure we were taken care of at all times and kept us informed throughout the whole process of our vehicle purchase. I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima with it's new "Zero Gravity" seats which hurt my back and no matter how I tried to sit in it, it was just not confortable... While waiting at the dealership or an oil change, I told Matt Howard about my problem figuring I was just stuck with the car as it was a brand new car purchase. He and Jason Barling felt sorry for me and they immediately went to work to help me trade out of that car. For only $20.00 more per month, they were able to put me in a 2012 Nissan Maxima, with only 9000 miles, which sits very confortably, and has the Music Box in it as well, ... something I sorely missed in my 2013 Altima.... Jeff Brubaker was really helpful, as he has a 2012 Nissan Maxima as well, and was able to explain all the new features that the Altima does not have... The dealership even touched up some paint on the bumper for me... I've bought so many cars from Don Davis, that I can't even remember them all, but to me this has to be one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! Tamy Chapman More

When we first pulled up, Ngozi met us with a huge smile on his face and it only got better from that! He was very knowledgeable, he actually gave me more information then I knew to ask about. He allowed me to ask him a million questions and climb into a few different cars, and never lost the smile off his face. Even after having to sign half as million papers, it remained a wonderful experience. The price for my car was less than what I had budgeted and all of the extras brought it right up to what I had planned to pay. I am so excited, I am almost looking forward to having a problem just I can go back! My father was so impressed that he plans to buy one of his own.The finance manager I worked with was Jesse Lacy who was also awesome. Ngozi was so friendly that I almost forgot that I just meet him today. This has been the best experience ever,I am now a Nissan buyer for life! More
Everyone is friendly and greeted me immediately; and each time I returned. When I returned for my tags the salesman at the door advised Justin was with a customer, and he asked if he could assist me, when time I returned. The finance person should not be so "hard sale" on extra package; just explain them and let the customer decide. I should not have to say no multiple times. Also my bank offered me 1.75% interest yet Nissan's best offer was 2.9%. Finance should try to be more competitive to keep their financing in house. More
Jeff was extremely patient and kind. He convinced us to buy new and made us feel he could make it happen. He took his time to show us several nissan rogues until we found the right one for us.
