A year ago I bought a car from another dealer in the DFW area and my experience was terrible. And not even a year later, both the salesman and finance person are no longer with the company. Jeff Brubaker took great care of my wife and myself from the moment we pulled onto the lot. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want/need. He was upfront with us the entire way through the process. One of my biggest pet-peeves is over promising and under delivering. Jeff over delivered on what he said he could do! Raza Inthanongsack did a great job of helping us out. He took the time to show us all of our options. We didn't know what to do when we arrived at the dealership. I came to lot because of a differenet car I saw online but once I got to the lot it was already sold. Both Frank and Faraz worked together to find the right vehicle for me.
