I am a repeat customer. I had a 2009 Altima. The car was totaled by a drunk driver from behind while my daughter was on her way to her grandmothers house. NOT one scratch was on my daughter. When I bought car I purchased service agreement. On average it takes 1.5 hours for a oil change, that is crazy. I ask how long it is going to take and always told about 30 minutes. I understand if you can't get to it but tell some one don't maker them waste time. Very unprofessional, don't bring your car here for service. They have also damaged my car while in there care and tried to tell me it was there before. They also try to sell you things you don't need. Read the owners manual before you say yes to anything you didn't ask for. They are scamming on people that don't know any better.I More
I was looking for a specific car for a while. Found the dealership had one online. I called and scheduled a test drive. Don Davis' employees worked with the amount my budget allowed and even helped me with the extras. I have bought two other vehicles from Don Davis, once in 1986 and again in 1991. The financing process wasn't quite as smooth as I would have liked, but they eventually got to the finish line and I signed for two new cars! When I returned a week later for the offer of a free tank of gas I was redirected from the services department to the dealership. I ended up having to wait for my sales person Steve to become free to get the tank of gas for me. I understand the reasoning behind this but it needs to be streamlined in some way so the customer doesn't have to spend an hour for the tank of gas. This wait was really my only negative experience, everything else was great! More

I was in and out in an hour. I went into the Dealership knowing exactly wich car I wanted and within an hour and a half I had the keys in my hand and I was on my way home. They were helpful and informative. After recieving the car I was instructed on how to work the buttons and program the radio and all that good stuff. I loved the fact that they kept reassuring me that I could call them or come back if I had any questions or concerns about anything. Our Salesman was very profeessional but he still took the time to ask questios and get to know us. I assume it was in order to make sure that this car fit our needs. Jeffery was extremely friendly and polite. I felt very comfortable at the dealer everyone kept congratulating me even the salesmen who hadnt sold me the car.
