Outstanding Customer Service I recently went in to Don Davis to have my car serviced (again). While waiting, I walked over to the new car lot to browse. One of the sales reps let I recently went in to Don Davis to have my car serviced (again). While waiting, I walked over to the new car lot to browse. One of the sales reps let my guy, Ngozi Echebelem, know that I was on the property. With a friendly hello, Ngozi meet me on the lot and visited with me about the troubles I was having with my current vehicle. I had not intended on making a new purchase that day, but with Ngozi's impeccable knowledge and assistance, I could not refuse the deal that was offered to me. I was able to sell back the vehicle I had that was causing problems, get into a new vehicle, and lower my monthly payments. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks!! More

George took it from there and pinpointed a vehicle that was spot on what I described to him – I was looking for reliability and a base product. George promptly found a salesman, Jeff, to move the process forward. Jeff was very patient with my questions and anticipated many of them, and was informative about the vehicle.
