I was wanting a sentra, we looked at different colored ones. I thought I wanted the silver, but when I saw the blue sentra, I knew it was for me. Jeff showed me where all the equipment and things I needed to know. He even set the some of the channels and the Bluetooth for me. That's service!! Jeff is truly concerned if I liked the car, and if I would be happy with it, yes on both accounts. I will keep on coming back to Jeff, for his integrity, kindness and understanding. It felt like MY purchase, not THEIR sale From the moment we arrived to Don Davis Nissan, Octavio Lopez was waiting for us at the entrance. My sister-in-law had recently purchased her vehicle From the moment we arrived to Don Davis Nissan, Octavio Lopez was waiting for us at the entrance. My sister-in-law had recently purchased her vehicle with Octavio and we were also in the market. We had other dealers in mind. Specifically Honda, since I already have a loan with them, and I was happy with the terms. Still, my sister-in-law insisted I stop by for an afternoon to see what Don Davis had to offer. She specifically said "I know a salesman who is more of a person than a sales pitch." or something to that effect. We weren't sure we would have time, even though she called him the night before and said she would be by. He then said, "I will be there when its most convenient for you, just give me a time." Regardless, that Saturday, I managed to take a few hours off of my packed schedule to take a look around with my husband and the in-laws. Octavio paid attention to what my husband and I both wanted and understood that if one was not content, there would be no purchase that day. Other times, when faced with such a dilemma, it's been my experience where the salesman feels irritated with our indecisiveness and constantly looks around at the other buyers and his watch because at that point, in the midst of our tiny arguments about colors, interiors, and whether or not we can survive a summer without electronic windows, it may seem like we aren't serious about buying. However, Octavio did not lose interest in us. He did not make us feel like a waste of time. He even gave us the right amount of space to talk things over privately. Being that this is a huge decision, one that we will be taking on every single month along with our rent and at the gas pump when we are running low. After looking at several cars, and asking for keys back and forth without a single test drive, we saw a cute little Juke Nismo in the distance. I immediately loved it. I wasn't sure my husband would though. It turns out it was the perfect mix of sport and convenience that we both were looking for. We were a little rusty with stick shift but Octavio didn't mind. He rode with us with a semi-scared smile and didn't make us feel subconscious about purchasing a stick even though it was clear it had been years since we had driven one. Financing was stressful. It always is. We did, though, feel like Octavio was trying to get us a good deal. There wasn't a financing option we did not discuss. He was open to work with us, and we were determined to leave with that car. Now that I remember, we initially told him that we wanted a much lesser payment and purchase amount that the Brand New Juke. He warned us when we saw the car that he hadn't shown us that car because it wasn't in our range, but that it would still be an affordable option. Also, we weren't inspired by any other cars and so we figured we might as well cough up a few bucks more every month and enjoy our purchase. We signed the papers with the financing manger and Octavio introduced us, officially, to our new Juke. He explained many features and how to use them, most of which I don't remember. I know I have the manual somewhere.... Our goal was unexpectedly accomplished that day. Even our Honda salesman, which was very unpleasant, called us repeatedly while we were negotiating with Octavio. I simply told them "We are no longer interested." A very long testimonial this is... If you are going to buy a car, new or used, Nissan or not, go out and ask for Octavio. He is fluent in English and Spanish. He is also humble and approachable. Better any other dealer I have bought many cars and it is one GOD awful experience usually. I just hate the process from beginning to end. Not so this time. They were really good from the Parking lot to the desk. I hate being attacked and I know that's the process but I like looking first. Although I have usually done a lot of online looking to see in person is different. Once I have set my eyes on something then I can go back to the initial contact person to help me with any question I have and a test drive. I found that William was just that guy great to work with him and even when he had a person to assist him it was with a smile. Very knowledgeable they both were. Now I didn't get what I wanted for my car but overall the deal was great. More

Better Experience than Last Time I'm really not one who enjoys the car-buying process; however, I had been contemplating a new car purchase for some time. I purchased my previous vehicle from Don Davis Nissan some years ago, so although I was still a bit apprehensive I wanted to see what my CUSTOMER LOYALTY would really do. As I walked into the dealership, I had a sinking feeling in my stomach as I thought, "Oh Lord, what kind of BS HAGGLING AND BACK AND FORTH am I going to be subjected to today?" I was greeted by Mr. Etim who patiently took me through several options for my car purchase. As a woman (yes, we have the right to change our minds, and we do so often) he remained with me through the process of my thinking out loud as to what would be the best option for me. HE NEVER RUSHED THE SALE - in fact, when he saw me going back and forth in my mind about what to do he told me to take my time and that if I wasn't completely sure to come back the next day. He told me that he wanted me to make a decision that I was happy with. Mr. Etim's DEMEANOR put me at ease, and after the test drive I felt more confident that I made the right decision to do repeat business with Don Davis Nissan. I advised Mr. Etim beforehand that MY GOAL was to lower my payment and to get a newer vehicle and he was TRUE TO HIS WORD about helping me to do so. Your management team should know that Mr. Etim is the SOLE REASON why I am a repeat customer. As such, my RECOMMENDATION TO MANAGEMENT would be this: Always take care of and respect your sales team. Make sure that you keep them happy and find ways to consistently boost morale, because at the end of the day, WITHOUT THEM THERE IS NO YOU.
