THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD From the first phone call I made to Don Davis Nissan I knew I was in good hands! After being mislead and bullied by Auto Nation of Lewisville I had li From the first phone call I made to Don Davis Nissan I knew I was in good hands! After being mislead and bullied by Auto Nation of Lewisville I had little faith in car dealers! I am a single mother working 2 jobs and I wanted the best deal on a new 2015 Nissan Altima. My 2010 Nissan Altima had been totalled out when a 19 year old ran a red light. I was not looking forward to the idea of having car payments but I knew what I could afford! I was promised a set price by Auto Nation Nissan Lewisville and had it in writing! It was the last day of the month and the last day of the Nissan insentives when I went to buy my car, only to be told that the price had been raised 500.00 since I wasnt financing it through Nissan. They told me that if they were not going to get their 750.00 kick back from the manufacturer then they wouldnt honor our set price! I felt like they were blackmailing me to finance my car not to mention punishing me for paying in cash!!! I abruptly left knowing there was not enough time that evening to shop elsewhere and get those insentivites from Nissan being the last day of the month. The next day I called Don Davis and spoke with John Diggs, the new car sales manager. After explaining my horror story of an experience to him, he was so apologetic for the other dealers actions and immediately asked if I had the written paperwork with the price that was promised! I sent him the picture of the contract and he immediately said he would honor that price!!!! I was floored!!! I couldnt believe it was that easy!!!! One hour later I was introduced to this absolutely caring, professional, and stand up man!!!! He quickly introduced me to Dan Fitzgerald my salesman who followed Johns lead by being so accommodating, caring, informative, and professional. My new 2015 pearl white Nissan Altima was waiting next to the front door, all gassed up and perfectly spotless! It had more options then the original car did, and never once did they mention a price increase much less try to get me to finance anything!!!! I had all my paperwork finished and was out the door in 55 minutes!!!! I can honestly say that I have never been treated with such compassion, professionalism, and honesty as I was by the people at Don Davis Nissan! I will NEVER go anywhere else. They take pride in customer service and let you know how much they value your business!!!! Thank you John and Dan for restoring my faith in the car buying process!
