Cannot say enough good things about our experience. We closed a deal for a vehicle on Friday, with delivery scheduled for the following Tuesday. The dealership had agreed to put on two new front tires to match the rear tires and also install new front brakes. Well, over the weekend a severe case of buyer's remorse set in and on Monday we hesitantly called to cancel our purchase. Their immediate response was, NO PROBLEM! What a relief. On Tuesday morning, Jeff Brubaker came in early to show us a used van. After a test drive, we bought it on the spot. While we were taking care of paperwork, the service department took care of a minor problem with a power window, and we were out the door. Outstanding!!! More

Great Place to Buy a Car! I was not even necessarily looking for a new car. Some recent advertising lured me, so I figured, 'Why not?" We had purchased a Nissan Pathfinder for I was not even necessarily looking for a new car. Some recent advertising lured me, so I figured, 'Why not?" We had purchased a Nissan Pathfinder for my wife some years ago, and last year, we replaced it with a Rogue, both from Don Davis. I was very pleasantly surprised at the considerate, non-aggressive manner in which we were treated. James Atkinson was our salesman, and he took time to listen and bring the Altimas which I had mentioned up so we could take them for a test drive. Every salesperson, financial person and all staff were courteous and helpful. The entire buying experience was pleasant! Got a fair trade for my Mazda 3, a great price on the new Altima and couldn't be happier! I strongly recommend this dealership. More

He asked us what we were looking for, new or used. Since we were not sure he showed us around to several different vehicles. I have bought a few cars in my 74 years but never have I met a salesman as friendly and knowledgeable as Jeff Brubaker. When we decided what we wanted to look at he showed us several different ones and when I saw the one I really liked he said lets make it happen. He never pushed or tried to sway us in either direction but was so helpful in every way. He explained everything about the Nissan Rogue that we drove and pointed out different features. I would recommend Jeff to anyone wanting to buy a new or used car.. We wound up getting a new Nissan Rogue and I absolutely love it... I traded in a Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer and I couldn't be more happy with this one... It drives and rides so good and there is so much room in it. He answered any questions and said if we had any more over the next few days to call him on his cell and he would be glad to help in any way... We found 2 that we want to test drive. We asked for Bandon, got the 1st car, test drive it and then he when out of his way to get us what we really want, or should I say what my wife wanted. She loved the car since it had all the push bottoms feature, she has RA on hands, so she needed that to make it easy for her. We negotiated on the price and traded in our car, which still had some value and it was one owner care wait only 60,000 in mileage on an 2010 vehicle. Brandon out did himself. He was very professional and will manner in his approach to us and I like that, not a pushy salesperson. The financial person was very professional and had us out in a timely manner. Thank you More
