They didn't have the exterior+interior color combination we were looking for on that day but these guys really made sure we got the Altima we were looking for on the next day. There was no pressure, just a willing attitude and a great inventory that made us *want* to find a way to do business. I'd call it "executive level service." It was our first and last stop. We arranged for an aftermarket upgrade through the dealership as part of the sale, and it was stunning, but the color was not what we expected. They took care of it, no questions asked. Pick up and delivery were offered during this part of the transaction, which took place after the sale itself. They were not satisfied until we were satisfied. I have many questions, and he was very patient with all my questions. He walked me through the entire process, from beginning to end. He made sure I knew where the service department was, for when it came time for service on my car. I was already very impressed with the service, but then I found out more. As we were talking, I mentioned Mission Arlington, and how I serve in one of their churches, driving a van, among other things. Jeff told me that every year the employees collect money for the Christmas store at Mission Arlington. I have personally been, and served in the Christmas store, and know what an impact this has on our community. I would highly recommend Jeff at Don Davis! More

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the old fashioned system of the salesperson having to go discuss our counteroffer with the sales manager and then them not coming back with a definitive counteroffer, just the answer that they could not meet our offer and asking for another offer from us. Eventually, the sales manager did come to speak with us personally and then things went quickly from that point on. Overall it was a very positive experience and a great deal on a great vehicle. Would definitely recommend. More
