Just teceived a message from Lou Dominion stating again, only one pil change is provided. I am stilll not understanding is this is in regards to the Chevrolet PrePaid Maintenance Program. Are you guys not familiar woth this?

The last two service appointments, we've had issues after going home. Had all 4 tires replaced with brakes and rotors. Drove to Chicago and got a flat. Tires wouldn't hold air. Then the window dropped. Ha More
