I have now purchased three cars from Chevrolet of Merrilliville. I worked with Dylan Meyers, and by far he provided me the BEST customer service. Dylan was really patient and attentive to my car purchasing needs. He was the constant professional, informative, and make me feel totally comfortable through the entire process. I definitely will be using him moving forward for my future car purchase. If you need to purchase a new car, I definitely recommend Chevrolet of Merrillville, specifically dealing with Dylan to purchase your next vehicle. You will be in great hands.

Excellent service provided! - JGiggy1991

Went in to get a new car later in the day on Saturday... Steve and his team stayed past hours to work with me. Steve even got into my new car and showed me how everything had worked before just letting us drive off! I’m from Sturgis, MI and drove all the way to schoolcraft and this is why! Very good service provided and worth the trip. If you’re looking for a car, go here... they will get you setup. Thanks again for Steve Harper and his crew.

We purchased our vehicle from here almost four years ago, - Dissatisfied

We purchased our vehicle from here almost four years ago, and it was a nightmare from the beginning. It took forever, then we had to go back and ge a second paper plate because Chandra couldn’t get it right, ad to pick up paperwork in a parking lot because we were going out of state. She sold us additional warranty that was not available at the dealership ( I got $500 taking off my loan) but continue with it in my loan. Five weeks ago the vehicle just stopped. We took it to be looked at, and was told it needed a new motor, no warning or check engine light. The place took it to found that Hyundai had an extended warranty on the motor, which we are under. Had it towed to Hyundai dealership in Fort Wayne, who informed us that there was a recall on the knock sensor in 2018 which was never repaired, lochmandy did not advise of us this. This sensor is what tells computer there is a problem. We are still waiting to see if the warranty is still valid, or if sensor will make it null and void. Would not recommend, and they will be hearing from our lawyer if my warranty is not upheld

The best customer Service - Miguel04

I was driving from Canton Mi to St.Joseph when my air conditioning had broke down, I was, able to Google the dealership location. When I arrived I was politely greeted by Ralf who reassured me that everthing will be taken care of and informed me that the overall time would not be long. In mind I was like great! What else can go wrong and nothing did. My car was fixed and looked over within 1 hour . I recived a follow up call within 2 hours to see how my air conditioning was working and a thank you card in my car. I have never been so impressed with the customer service, promptness, honesty and would highly recommend , Ralph who answered all my questions that I had abt my car and ect. And anyone who wants great service should go to Le Valley.
