The Dominion Chevrolet Service Department has always been professional and helpful. I have never had reason for concern when I bring my car in for oil changes and/or regular maintenance that problems were m professional and helpful. I also feel comfortable discussing possible future issues and I can plan my finances accordingly. More
Great service, great people, until time to pay. I have Prepaid Maintenance through GM and Dominion didnt honor it. I asked for an explanation why, and still waiting for answer. The last two service appointments, we've had issues after going home. Had all 4 tires replaced with brakes and rotors. Drove to Chicago and got a flat. Tires wouldn't hold air. Then the window dropped. Ha going home. Had all 4 tires replaced with brakes and rotors. Drove to Chicago and got a flat. Tires wouldn't hold air. Then the window dropped. Had it there today for a new regulator and now the door won't open from either side and we need to call again. I've never had issues like these so I hope it'sa temporary situation or a new mechanic, but with work schedules is already hard enough getting to the dealership for the big stuff, but leaving with new issues on every visit... it's exhausting and keeps costing money. I cannot prove it's deliberate, but it's starting to make me wonder if I need to find a new service location. More
