Mixed feelsing We are new to Reno moved in July 2016. We purchased from Dolan 2 (YES TWO) vehicles. The dealership is really great on prices, My only issue with the Dealership is the paperwork for DMV was a mess and my wife spent hrs at DMV. Dolan had to fax over to DMV the corrected paperwork.... what a mess.... that was on the first vehicle... on the second vehicle there was a miss communication on the warranty, Frankly I was very upset at Dolan management, lets see paperwork for DMV was a mess REALLY this is what you guys do everyday and you mess up the paperwork ???? and then on the second car warranty miss info.... I have an issue with management when they seemingly can't get the details right. Everyone was very polite and very professional but I was quite upset... BUT THEY DID MAKE IT RIGHT !!!!! just spent a lot of time getting it right More

Of course he is at lunch break ... if he could have at least told his waiting customers that it would take way longer than expected before going to lunch, maybe I could have gone out and have lunch too. Now I'm just sitting at the waiting area without any eta. Final waiting time: 2h30min. Enought time for me to at least grab food. Poor customer service from Dolan Toyota of Reno. More

Awesome Experience! We absolutely enjoyed our buying experience at Dolan Reno Toyota. We had been considering a Rav4 for some time. Originally test driving one in Decembe We absolutely enjoyed our buying experience at Dolan Reno Toyota. We had been considering a Rav4 for some time. Originally test driving one in December of ’15. Our salesperson at the time, Brian Bowley, provided us with exceptional service and knowledge of the vehicles features. It was a no stress, no pressure experience. When we returned in August, we asked for him again. Dolan Reno Toyota has an extensive and well kept website of all the vehicles they either have in stock or that are in transit. This made it exceptionally easy to choose the exact vehicle and features we wanted, and reserve that vehicle once we’d made our selection. As well, they have tools to help you calculate your payment, (in our case it was almost down to the penny), so we knew exactly what to expect when we arrived at the dealership. Brian called us ahead of our appointment to confirm, and also let us know that our vehicle had been pulled aside and was waiting for us. When we arrived at the dealership Brian greeted us and showed us straight to the Rav4 we had selected, which was parked steps away from the front door. The entire transaction from start to finish was under two hours. This included the vehicle being detailed while we finalized the finance paperwork with Richard Gardner. At the end of our transaction they pulled our Rav4 into one of the departure bays, where Madison Vannostrand went over all of the vehicles features, as well as assisting us in linking our phones and demonstrating how to navigate all the menus. In all, this was THE most pleasant and straight forward auto buying processes I have ever been through, and other dealerships should look to model themselves after this. My wife and I definitely felt that everyone there was there for us and we would not give any of the staff at Dolan any less than a stellar rating, including the ones whose names not included in this review. Wow!! What an Experience! It all started on a Friday afternoon when I stumbled upon some leasing options on the Toyota website. I made a quick call to the dealership and within It all started on a Friday afternoon when I stumbled upon some leasing options on the Toyota website. I made a quick call to the dealership and within seconds, Karlee was on the case!! She answered every question I had about their financing options, and believe me, I had a lot! Karlee was in constant contact with me for the rest of Friday night and into Saturday morning. She made herself readily available and her attitude towards her job was infections. After discussing lease options with my wife, I shot Karlee a text and received a quick reply scheduling an appointment for noon the next day. I asked Karlee if we could put in my wife’s credit information over the phone to save time and again, the Dolan team was on it and ready to help!! Karlee transferred me to Bryan in the sales departments where he was able to complete my wife’s credit applications over the phone. This step probably saved my wife and me an hour or two in the car buying process. With my wife’s credit ran we headed to the Dolan dealership excited about the experience of buying my wife a brand new car. When we arrived at the dealership we were immediately greeted with two smiling faces from Bryan and DJ. Both were very friendly and told us they would take good care of my wife and because of her strong credit we were looking at a lot of options! Now comes the fun part, picking a car!! My wife loves the new RAV4! First, she thought she wanted red, so Bryan took us out on the lot and showed us a red RAV4. Now, if you know my wife you know she has the uncanny ability to change her mind in the blink of an eye. No red for her, now she wanted to look at a black RAV4. Bryan was quick to respond and took up to the very top of their parking garage where we found the LAST black RAV4 in the joint! We truly lucked out and had Bryan not been able to find the car my wife wanted, we would have left that day happy campers but not fully satisfied. After we picked out the car, we headed back to the office. Bryan immediately asked us if we wanted some water and food. Jumping at the opportunity, my wife and I both got a few waters and Lunchables to hold us over for the reminder of the day. Bryan picked up the tab, and we enjoyed our food while the contract and financing options were being put together. After about 20 minutes in the office, Bryan introduced us to Danny who would be taking care of us for the remainder of the day. I work in finance and I can tell when someone is buttoned up and Danny was just that! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I work at Harley Davidson Financial Services and while discussing every detail of the warranties and contract, Danny was still able to chat with me about finance, cars and motorcycles. Very Impressive! Once the contracts were signed we were finally ready to drive away in my wife’s new car. The whole experience was FANTATIC and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be part of the Dolan family!! I recommend coming to Dolan if you’re in the market for a car because the extra attention to detail, expert knowledge of product, and most importantly friendly and helpful attitudes truly set them apart from their competitors.
