I had come back for a service on my vehicle after using a different dealership for a while - sadly the customer service in the last few years seems to have gone downhill. Long waits to get my vehicle checked different dealership for a while - sadly the customer service in the last few years seems to have gone downhill. Long waits to get my vehicle checked in despite many staff members standing around in the entrance. The courtesy driver I needed to get me to work after I finally got checked in ignored me while he spent quite a bit of time rearranging the coffee area. When he finally answered my request for ride it was still an arduous walk for him to the vehicle, not sure how safe he is to be in that role. More

We recently purchased (08-16-2023) a new 2023 Toyota 4Runner Limited from Dolan Toyota. We were shopping for the best overall deal, the lowest FINAL "out the door" price with ALL fees, taxes, add-ons an 4Runner Limited from Dolan Toyota. We were shopping for the best overall deal, the lowest FINAL "out the door" price with ALL fees, taxes, add-ons and extra costs included - EVERYTHING - we were very clear that we wanted to pay for the vehicle IN FULL and have no surprises after the sale ... well, when we started the DMV registration process a few days ago, we found out that Dolan had failed to disclose that there would be an additional fee at the DMV of over $700! NOT COOL! We had anticipated going to Dolan for future purchases, but not now - all we asked for was a clear, transparent negotiation with a low FINAL price ... too bad neither salesman comprehended the meaning of TOTAL and FINAL price - we will be steering our family and friends elsewhere for Toyota purchases .. Took 3. 5 hrs to change oil, wiper blades, rotate tires and perform vehicle check. Got there at 7:30 am and was not complete until after 11:00 am. Very high prices but very inefficient service!!! More

They are a service mill, creating their own demand above and beyond manufacturer's recommendations. I serviced two cars there in the last two days.
