After nogotiating a deal over the phone with Beth we drove to Reno to trade our Toyota Tacoma for a Higlander. When we arrived the Highlander I thought we were buying was no longer there. Beth had to le drove to Reno to trade our Toyota Tacoma for a Higlander. When we arrived the Highlander I thought we were buying was no longer there. Beth had to leave and Chase took us to see the other Highlanders that were available. Unfortunatly all the models that were similar to what we originally wanted were not acceptable. We wanted a black leather interior and the only one available was a black exterior. So we requested to get a similar base price and pay the $2500.00 for the navigation system. Chase filled out all the paper work and came back with approval of our request. With the extra features and the added warranty we ended paying an extra $70.00 per month. I would have preferred to know in advance that the vehicle I originally was inquiring about was not available before traveling the 40 miles to the dealer. Everyone At Reno Toyota was very pleasant and they met our needs. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Reno and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle with them in the future.
