The employees seem to have respect for each other ,and work as a team, which adds to the overal experience. We did the majority of our negotiations over the phone which I highly recommend! Come prepared, and as with any large purchase you must be informed ,and be your own advocate. I also recommend getting pre approved with your own financing before going into a dealership ,if at all possible, then the dealership can try to get you more competitive financing. We negotiated a great price, and feel good about our purchase. Justin took us on our test drive , and then finished the sale by showing us all the wonderful features of our new truck! I began my car search about a month ago online and at several local dealerships in Reno. I found a Prius online at Reno Toyota, and went to test drive it. That's when my quest to find the perfect car beg several local dealerships in Reno. I found a Prius online at Reno Toyota, and went to test drive it. That's when my quest to find the perfect car began with Shaun Taylor. The Prius wasn't quite it for me, but Shaun patiently looked for cars that might interest me and would also fit in my price range. He was always very honest and friendly. Going to other dealerships, I instantly felt like I was being sold something, Shaun made me feel like he was my friend, trying to help me find the car that was actually the best for me. It's important to have a sense of trust, especially when making an important purchase, and Shaun definitely earned my trust. He took the pain out of going to a dealership! Now as soon as I hear a friend say he or she is going to look for a car I urge them to go see Shaun, and hand them his card. When I ended up at Reno Toyota Dolan Auto Group I met and worked with Jeff and Hadie. They were both super friendly, very helpful and NOT pushy at all with my car shopping experience. As luck would have it I found the pre-owned vehicle that I just HAD TO HAVE sitting right there on their lot so I purchased it from them the next day! I was thrilled that my car buying experience went so well as it was basically stress free, thanks to Jeff and Hadie's easy going style. My last car buying experience (19 years ago!) was such a nightmare! I am pleased to say that this recent purchase restored my faith in shopping for a vehicle. The days of high pressure sales are a thing of the past, at least with Hadie and Jeff!
