Awesome experience We had such an awesome experience last Saturday, when we purchased our very first Lexus! We had a 2016 Toyota Highlander XLE , which we purchased in October 2016,from Dolan Toyota. We made a hurried decision at that time, because our daughter needed my car to practice on driving, which she'll also be using after she passes her driving test. It was a good SUV, but, I wasn't really that happy with it! I've always wanted to have a Lexus... but, it was like a dream for me, thinking it was just too expensive & won't be able to afford it. I told my husband, that before I'll retire.... (that'll still be in few more years), I will have a Lexus! Not knowing, my husband went to Dolan Lexus & made inquiries. He told me he made an appointment for us to go to Dolan Lexus. I told him we can't afford it & that it'll be impossible for us to purchase one at this time! April 8, 2017, we went to Dolan Lexus for our noon appointment, with Kymberly Platt. We were met at the front door by Alexey Makovskiy, who was very nice & accomodating, although he was still new with Dolan Lexus. He took us for a test drive & was patient enough to answer our questions to the best of his knowledge. Kymberly Platt was so awesome! She had everything ready & set up before we got there! She had 2 cars for us to choose from, that were close to the price range as the Toyota Highlander we had & our monthly payments as close as the one we were making for the Toyota Highlander. Kymberly was up front with us & she made us feel comfortable & at ease! She made us feel that it is not impossible for us to purchase my dream car! Thank you, too to Jason Loose, finance manager for his honesty & not being pushy, for us to purchase unnecessary stuff! And also, thank you for Jonathan for setting that appointment for us to meet Kymberly Platt. Dolan Lexus has such a good, friendly atmosphere! We love the cafe area where you can relax while waiting & you can order coffee , have some donuts, granola bars, soda & water. Overall, it was a very pleasant, awesome experience, not stressful at all, & not being pushed into making a hurried decision! Great listener! He proceeded to take my information and follow up regarding specific vehicle I was looking for. I went back a couple times to test drive a couple similar vehicles. I was initially looking for something pre-owned, through a patient search, I started considering something new, not initially realizing with a great leasing program I could drive away with something new. His help with giving us assistance was first AUTHENTIC! (shock). But helped us through the process. Got us a very fine deal. Jason was "Finance Guy" -- was additionally very AUTHENTIC and helped. We first went in, just because my wife wanted to see if I would even fit in a Lexus (Hybrid). I did -- we were going to "go for" the Rav 4. We met Max, a new salesman -- again, just fine decent fellow, very helpful. I am quite blunt with sales folks, he just went with it. I personally do not prefer "fancy" vehicles. But this vehicle is rated number 1 in it's class re reliability. Just surprised both my wife and I, all the way through this really pleasant experience. PS - I could only choose one below re "The One Person" - it was all of them. Nope - didn't know anyone here when we came in. More

So, we had previously bought CPO Lexus several years ago (in Utah), came time to update my wife's car and we ventured down some other roads first; i.e So, we had previously bought CPO Lexus several years ago (in Utah), came time to update my wife's car and we ventured down some other roads first; i.e Cadillac, BMW, and a couple others. We ended up back at Lexus again, because we've found you can't buy a better car for the money! But, no matter how great the car, it's nothing without amazing personable service! People like Breiana Hill and Ken Crist, who picked me up at the airport (when other dealerships wanted me to Uber in) and helped explain my car to me, are a great service to their employers! Would fly again and drive home 7hrs just to do business with them again!! Also wanted to give a shout out to Vladimir Zvyagin who saved me a tad bit of money over my CU which I thought couldn't be outdone! More
