Dolan Lexus great place. My 2010 Lexus RX350 was due for its first 50,000 mile service and brought it to Dolan Lexus. Service Adviser Christian Lopez was very accommodating, My 2010 Lexus RX350 was due for its first 50,000 mile service and brought it to Dolan Lexus. Service Adviser Christian Lopez was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately no loaner vehicles were available but associate Oscar was able to drop me off at the mall until service was completed. Dolan Lexus, reputable, clean, friendly environment and great staff. Will definitely continue to be a patron of Dolan for future services and vehicle purchases. More

I had no time.. and Dolan Lexus was great I stopped by with no appointment to get a replacement key for my car. Stopped in service and the had what I needed and set up the key. Totally booked for appointments. After 5 minutes the service rep. found a rep who squeezed in 30 minutes to get my key coordinated with my car! Yea! Pre certified purchase Brad was excellent as a sales person. Vlad was excellent as a financial advisor however I do think there should be a better way to explain extended wa Brad was excellent as a sales person. Also when we recieved the car Brad had to bring out cleaner to clean some areas that were still dirty. The car should be impeccably cleaned in my humble opinion. Always a pleasant experience! Kurt is always very helpful when I bring my Lexus in. He always gives me a loaner car which is such a nice added feature that Lexus does. And my grandson loves going and playing upstairs in the kids room even if it’s just for a drop off. And I was in there at 5 o’clock the other night and the barista girl asked me if I wanted something even though it was closed. Which I thought was very nice also. excellent service (and service manager) AS USUAL I brought the car in for normal service, however, I got "THE CALL". Had major problems - gaskets, etc. My Service Rep Frank Casey explained in great detail the issues. Also explained the safety issues as well as future major problems if not resolved NOW. He and Dolan have never steered me wrong. I had a beautiful loaner while they restored my car to safe conditions. The car runs like it brand new, once again.
