We signed a few pieces of paperwork between 4 and 4"30 pm and then sat there for hours and we did not leave there until 7 I felt that that was inconsiderate of our time and poor customer service but if you want to buy a Lexus at a dealership this is the place to go I have always disagreed with the documentation fee that the dealerships charg in Nevada I come from California and yes we do regulate that but I feel that Nevada's is excessive and then to turn around and see the 189 dollars for Theft Protection sticker not sure what else that does other than possibly acting as a deterrent from what I could see.for189 bucks.
