I came in for a new battery without an apt. Frank Casey and Dennis were wonderful getting me in and out and back to work. Dennis even took the time to pair my phone. I had been sourcing a shop to partner with in the care of my vehicle but had yet to find someone I felt comfortable with... and then... bam! The dreaded check engine light appeared! I didn’t mention I drive a 2002 ES 300 with 218,000 miles... a true work horse! So yes, I am a tad over- protective;) A wary phone call to Dolan Lexus landed me in Jackie Holland’s care! How fortunate is that?! She’s a gem!! She communicates with you, updates you on status, explains issues and makes sure everything is being handled smoothly. It looks (based on my RO) like Bryan was my rock star tech... I thank him for his expertise and hope to connect with this team again if my car falls ‘out of step’ again... One last note, thank you for the generous use of a loaner while my car was being fixed. It was a great feeling to smoothly return to my daily routine/ work without skipping a beat or having to add the additional cost of a rental. Very much appreciated! More

stealing, oil increases and long waits oh my For the second time, I had money stolen from my vehicle. For the fifth time my air caps/stem caps were not replaced. If I wanted mediocre customer service, people who don't pay attention to detail, and wanted to pay less. I would've went to Jiffy Lube. The price of my oil change went up $40 too. That's even with military discount. But no one seems to care enough, besides Ken (who's back at Toyota) to make a difference or be classy. I guess I will be driving somewhere else for my oil change because between the $40 increase, constant stealing, & 2-3 hour wait (even with appointments), it's not worth my time or constant headache. More
