My consultant Julie was fantastic. The arrival and scheduling was not so great. The girl that came to my car when I arrived was not friendly in the least bit. When I called for the appointment they we scheduling was not so great. The girl that came to my car when I arrived was not friendly in the least bit. When I called for the appointment they were great on the phone but scheduled me with my consultant when she was on her lunch. Then I was told they wouldn't start on my car for another 45 minutes. It just wasn't a good experience. But again Julie was amazing. More
