Best VW dealership EVER!! I live near a different VW dealership, but I always drive the 15 miles to Walnut Creek so I can go get my Jetta fixed up at Dirito Brothers. They hav I live near a different VW dealership, but I always drive the 15 miles to Walnut Creek so I can go get my Jetta fixed up at Dirito Brothers. They have a lot of integrity, and their attention to detail is a rear find elsewhere. This place deserves an award, if they haven't gotten one so far, for their service department. Paul, in the service department, did a stellar job of helping me out when my car malfunctioned when i was driving in Oakland. Kevin also helped me out. These guys did more than they needed to in order to get me back on the road in a timely fashion. Thanks again More

He was friendly and explained all the repairs in detail. The estimate for the repairs came back lower than what he quoted me and the work was finished ahead of schedule. I did not have an appointment, but he didn't turn me away even though there were many cars there that morning. He could not promise me that they would be able to repair my car that day, but he would let me know as soon as possible. I received a text a few hours later explaining the repairs needed and I approved them. I received a call at 4:00pm to let me know my car was ready for pick up. The repair work was excellent and the customer service was superior. More
