Kevin Hubert was great service not so The oil change and headlight replacement was completed in a timely matter as promised by Kevin Hubert, but the service tech who replaced the headlight The oil change and headlight replacement was completed in a timely matter as promised by Kevin Hubert, but the service tech who replaced the headlight bulb left the black cap that seals the back of headlight in the windshield wiper well. The day after the service was performed (Tuesday) was a rainy day. I started the car and when I turned the wiper on I heard a loud thump. After I got out of the car to investigate I found the cap. Forturantly it was raining; otherwise I might have lost the cap once I brought the car up to speed on the freeway. My car has been in the Dirito Brothers Dealership many times and this is the first time that the service has been below a 5 star rating. More

However, in regard to the customer service this time around... my wife and I weren't greeted with a "Hello" from our service adviser upon arrival - it was more like, "last name and appointment time?" Then it was a statement of "go in the office, my desk is the 4th to the right. Sit down and I'll be there in 5 minutes" Ummm, "good morning to you too!" Then when sitting at our service adviser's desk, who by the way we didn't recognize, nor have ever worked with, after several minutes of my wife and I waiting for him to introduce himself and inform us of his name, my wife finally spoke up and said, "by the way, what is your name please?!?" at which time he then introduced himself. Definitely not a bad experience all and all, but not what we've come to expect. More

Always amazing Everytime I have had my car serviced here the process has been hassle free. They always check my warranties to make sure I am not charged and I get my car back either at the time quoted or before and always with a smile. We live an hour from this dealership and probably past others to get here, but it's worth the drive they are amazing to work with. Thank you guys keep up the great work. More

Paul is awesome Paul was awesome - that man needs a raise and a promotion for how much he helped me and not to mention his patience. He dug around for my extended war Paul was awesome - that man needs a raise and a promotion for how much he helped me and not to mention his patience. He dug around for my extended warranty (which he didn’t have to do) and saved me almost $4000. I’m a teacher and I can tell you right now that it woulda broke the bank for me without that warranty. Also, thank you to Tim for covering the loaner car even we were still waiting for the inspectors to get back to us about the warranty - that is a kindness I won’t forget. Again, another HUGE shout out to Paul - he is a stand up guy! More
