Tricky Check Engine Light Problem I had a Check Engine Light that came on that other service centers were unable to fix. I finally realized I had to take the car to the dealer to get I had a Check Engine Light that came on that other service centers were unable to fix. I finally realized I had to take the car to the dealer to get this issue diagnosed and fixed. The Dirito Brothers Service Center bent over backwards to find the problem and fix it. It took two days to get a diagnosis, but it took time to check all possible issues to identify the actual problem. Once the problem was identified the parts needed were ordered and installed the next day. Ultimately they saved me money that I might have wasted taking the car to other repair shops that would not have found the real issue all in an attempt to save some money. More

Great experience with Service Deaprtment I brought my Passat in for the first time to Dirito Brothers. I had made an appointment very easily for early morning drop off and was greeted immedia I brought my Passat in for the first time to Dirito Brothers. I had made an appointment very easily for early morning drop off and was greeted immediately by Kevin. Kevin and I discussed my concerns and went over the process. He was kind and asked about my transportation and where I could wait comfortably, if needed. Kevin texted and sent me updates throughout my day, making me feel included in the repair process. When I arrived to pick up my car the check-out process was smooth and organized. I felt like a valued customer! More

Shannon was great, service not so much Shannon our service agent was great, although the actual work done was disappointing. The engine light came on and we brought the car in. An intake manifold and the A/C need to be repaired. also the radio had gone out and needed to be replaced. When they called to have us pick it up , they never replaced the radio and it had to be ordered, which took a week or so due to shipping. They replaced the radio and when we went to pick it up it did not work. A new unit needed to be ordered, which took another week. While a radio may seem like a trivial issue, the fact that they said it was ready and it didn't shows a lack of quality that makes you call into question the capability of the rest of the work done. More
