I was extremely unsatisfied I felt so upset with people here. They ruined my tire that could’ve hurt/killed me or someone else and they didn’t not care what so ever! They offered to wash and vacuum my car and they still left it dirty! I talked to the manager just to make sure he knew the situation about my tire and he did not treat me with respect in any manner! He did not care about the situation and it felt he was protecting whoever damaged my car! I will never come here again, this place makes me officially done with Volkswagen period! More

Angelo from the service department provided an exemplary customer service experience, as my vehicle's warranty for the repair was honored without question. I was also provided with a complimentary/replacement vehicle, whilst my vehicle was being serviced, and the service itself was very promptly done.
