Lack of Communciaton I gave my rating based on the customer experience that I encountered while working with my service advisor during the duration of time my vehicle was I gave my rating based on the customer experience that I encountered while working with my service advisor during the duration of time my vehicle was with the service department. I appreciate the upfront notice that Tim provided me in saying there was only 1 diesel mechanic on staff and my vehicle may take some time to be diagnosed and repaired. Where things changed for me was with regards to follow-up on the status of my vehicle as well as, poor customer service at time of pick-up. I dropped my vehicle off in a Friday morning and didn’t hear anything through Monday. This resulted in me calling Tim directly Monday afternoon for a status update only to learn that he thought he had called me but didn’t and my vehicle was already diagnosed and ready for repairs which thankfully, was covered by corporate. On the day of pick up, I wasn’t greeted and was simply ushered to the cashier to close out. No review of repairs, no attempt to upsell me or see if I wanted other services. To me it was a poor experience. The final concern is that my vehicle smelled like gas inside. While I aired out the car for a couple days, it would have been nice to have a heads up on why this occurred and how to solve for it. More

About as easy as it gets I brought my 2010 CC in for a check engine / oxygen sensor fault. These guys repaired it, under warranty, and repaired 2 other recall issues, one bei I brought my 2010 CC in for a check engine / oxygen sensor fault. These guys repaired it, under warranty, and repaired 2 other recall issues, one being an airbag, that I had forgotten about. All of it cost me $0.00 and although Danny said they may need to keep my car overnight he texted at 1:30p and said it was ready. Too easy. Very friendly staff, too. More
