Excellent service on my Jetta at Dirito Bros. I'm a long time service customer, I also purchased my Jetta from Dirito, but the constant surveys are a pain. I don't feel that you constantly asking for my input to surveys after I pay to service my car shows very much appreciation for your customers. Enough with the surveys already. I got the email with the survey, a phone call asking was I satisfied and I got a text asking me to complete the survey. I spent more time dealing with all this than I spent at the dealership. More
