Lightning quick and courteous last minute service request My wife’s 2018 Tiguan posted a “coolant liquid too low” warning yesterday morning on her way to work. It was an intimidating experience as the manual My wife’s 2018 Tiguan posted a “coolant liquid too low” warning yesterday morning on her way to work. It was an intimidating experience as the manual qualifies that error as a “stop driving and pull over” incident. And this for a vehicle with only 6,500 miles on it in six months of ownership driving it mostly around town. Went over to her parking garage and verified that the coolant level was indeed below the minimum level noted in the reservoir. Called the service center at 15:25 on a Friday afternoon and they were able to pressure test the system that same day. Had the car back to me by 18:30 the same day with no trouble found and the coolant topped off. My wife is now able to drive it around town with no concerns. And there was no charge for either labor or parts. Not much else you can ask of from a dealership. More
