Just like family I brought one of my two VW's in for its annual service. I made my appointment online. I arrived and was greeted nicely by a gentleman who took my ke I brought one of my two VW's in for its annual service. I made my appointment online. I arrived and was greeted nicely by a gentleman who took my keys, then directed me to Shannon. I was greeted and Shannon pleasantly discussed with me all my options. Once everything was imputed and set, Shannon summoned a shuttle driver "Bill" to take my girlfriend and myself downtown to have breakfast while my service was completed. Bill was great with his information, suggestions and help in recommending a nice spot. We ate and once we were finished enjoying the morning, we called Bill to pick us up. We arrived back and my car was pulling up for pickup. Shannon reviewed my service. The whole time it was like I was hanging out with family or friends. Between my girlfriend and myself we have three car from Dirito Bros. for a reason. It is simply the customer service. More
Bad customer service Upon arrival I had to wait for my service advisor who was roaming the office chatting, per another employee. The quote given to me for 4 new tires was double the cost of other tire shops in the area and when I declined the tires my service rep stayed “I figured.” RUDE!!! And once I picked up my car the receipt stated my oil service reminder was reset as it was part of my package and it was not reset! Also I received two frantic call from the cashier asking me if I had paid my bill upon my departure... uh yeah I paid you cash.. upon further inspection on my part the cashier never even gave me my receipt for my actual transaction stating I paid! Basically they need to get their act together and provide better customer service when you pay $114 for a basic oil change that doesn’t even come with a complimentary car wash. Also they left the trash from my service in the car! I really question if they even did anything?! More

Brakes were sqeaking, brought the car in to check that out, since i'd only had the car for 2 weeks i was cha My service tech Thomas was great. Brakes were sqeaking, brought the car in to check that out, since i'd only had the car for 2 weeks i was charged 35.00 to check them, after just 2 weeks ago . The worst was my attempts to get a shuttle ride back to work, it took 55 minutes to get a ride that ended up being an Uber. I hope my next service appointment runs smoother. More
