Friendly staff, but too expensive I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance only to find out that my pre-paid service plan had expired. After spending $600 that I hadn’t planned on I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance only to find out that my pre-paid service plan had expired. After spending $600 that I hadn’t planned on, I had to bring my car back less than a week later to replace a part that I was told was loose, but didn’t need to be replaced yet (it became clear within a few days that I could not drive my car without getting this issue fixed). The replacement cost me an additional $700, on top of the inconvenience of having to come back within a few days of having the car serviced. More

Great Service Had to take my 2015 Golf Sportwagen TDI in to have the NAV updated. Apparently most VWs can update NAV from home but not this particular unit. After explaining this the service team did a great job in updating everything and I was out of there in about 2.5 hours. Nice waiting area with coffee and water available, as well as charging station for phones. Although there wasn’t a lightning connector for my iPhone I can at least appreciate the fact that there is something there. If we weren’t moving away I would take my car back for service without a doubt. More

Coolant light came on on my little EOS, which made me nervous, especially the big puddle I saw on the garage floor! Got an appointment right away, Thomas explained what needed to be done, and the costs so I wouldn't be in for any major surprises. From the moment I dropped off the car, the entire process was smooth and professional. Someone comes to take my car, confirms my appointment on the TV display and tells me who will help me with the service. No waiting in some grease soaked chair at dingy repair shops. Thomas followed up with a text telling me how to contact him if I had any questions. Promised the car at a certain date/time, and I got it sooner than expected. It's running happily once more. Great experience! More

I live 1.5 hour drive away - these guys are the best VW dealer in the Bay Area and are worth the extra travel time for me. More
