Communication mix-up? I specifically asked for the tires to NOT be rotated. When I got my paper work it said they had been rotated. It also said that the battery test was run and hard copy attached, which it was NOT. On the other hand, everyone is super friendly, (especially Shannon), and the waiting room was a nice one. I learned my lesson to always look at the fine print on the paper work before I leave! I really like this VW place and will continue to take my car here. More

Best service ever Excellent service from start to finish. We are moving to another state, so I wanted to get my Golf serviced beforehand. I scheduled an appointment and when I got there, Danny said that I didn't really need a service yet and they would do an inspection for no charge! During the inspection, they checked my tires and determined that I needed two front tires. The tires were in stock so they mounted them right then.
