Not the best experience.... We had our car towed on a week-end, only to find that we need a part that had to be sent from Germany. After 5 days, we were told that our car was fix We had our car towed on a week-end, only to find that we need a part that had to be sent from Germany. After 5 days, we were told that our car was fixed. Sadly, when we drove off, we had additional problems, and the check engine light was on. I don't know why they didn't suggest to keep the car longer to better assess the problem. That was never an option. Upon returning it minutes later, we were told that a tech needed to check it out. Another week-end there, and little communication. I had to actually contact the Service Manager to discuss my issues, as the follow through from the service advisor was minimal. Our car stayed several more days. When I picked up the car today, the battery for the key was dead, and I was told, after paying a lot of money for 2 different problems, that I would need to go pay for a new $7 battery. Really? They didn't know the battery was dead? The best service I had was from the parts department, where the very nice tech said " No charge. You've been through a lot". I think it's easy to forget how challenging it can be when you are down a car.. they should work a little harder on communication and better customer service. More

However, the time it takes to get a simple scheduled service done is Overall the service department coordinator staff are super friendly and helpful. However, the time it takes to get a simple scheduled service done is unbearable, and you are given times that are unreasonable and they are calling the service techs trying to find out what is taking so long. Basically, if you are getting any service done on your car, DO NOT wait there. Simple, scheduled(with an appointment) oil changes can take over 3 hours. Several of the other customers in the waiting room were complaining about the exact same thing, saying they would go elsewhere next time. More
