Air conditioner repair My air conditioner was not working properly. After replacing a part service said car was fixed. I drove the car home only to find that the air was st My air conditioner was not working properly. After replacing a part service said car was fixed. I drove the car home only to find that the air was still not working properly. It was obvious to me that they had not test driven the car after repair because I had specifically stated that air temperature varied with speed of car. Called and set up another appointment to fix. Service rep test drove care with me to personally observe problem. During second attempt to fix a different part was replaced and three separate people test drove the car to ensure it was fixed. My air was finally working properly. While I wish it had been fixed the first time and been driven to ensure fix, I am happy with the results and the willingness of the dealership not to charge me for the additional labor. I will not hesitate to return here for future repairs. More

The service was quick and friendly, easily the best service I have received among the various dealerships I've been too. Nice waiting area, car service home - high marks on both of these areas. A part was required which would take a few days to be delivered. I was ok with waiting (didn’t need the car) so I left it in the shop for 4 days. I had to call to check for updates (website for service did not show any meaningful status, I did not get a call pro-actively to confirm the part arrived.). I only received a text when service was completed. Was completed on date promised. So dealer had the car 4 nights. Service bill was over $1400. They knew when I would pick up car (I texted a response).. Would it have been too much to expect a quick car wash? I’m not expecting the car to be detailed - would have been nice to not have bird poop on the exterior :-) that was my final impression. I paid a lot of money for the service. The car does not “look better” than it did when it was dropped with the dealer. Hope it performs well. More
