Last minute tire leak from a screw. It was end of the day Friday and I was leaving work when I saw my tire looked a little flat. He said it was okay and to talk to Alyse or I think was Angelo because he it was the end of his day too. I got over to Walnut Creek and Alyse helped me and was terrific and friendly. She got my tire fixed in an hour and saved my weekend because I had my car. Thank you! More

Tranaction Ron Simi carefully dealt with the details which made for a smooth transaction. Interestingly the Jetta with 150 HP is the same as my old 1998 Audi A4, Ron Simi carefully dealt with the details which made for a smooth transaction. Interestingly the Jetta with 150 HP is the same as my old 1998 Audi A4, Audi in 5th gear at 3000 rpm traveled at 68 mph whereas the 2019 Jetta a 150 HP goes 70 mph at 3000 rpm. Since the new Jetta is a 6 speed, the gears being closer ratios, gives the car a feeling of quicker acceleration. Will check the 40 mpg claim on my next trip to Laguna Seca raceway or L.A. I had to leave the car for 3 hrs. & only the cashier to talk to about $$. There’s a notation re: brake rotor thickness (I think) but I have no idea how close to replacement is they are. Like I said, I’m used to being told about options I’ll have in the future. More
