Simple. Easy. Efficient. I woke up early to take my 2018 GTI in for it's 10,000 mile service. I was greeted with warm smiles and felt like I belonged. I was immediately helped by Thomas who was kind, helpful and upbeat. He checked me in and took care of everything. They finished my car an hour earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. I waited the whole time in their waiting area, which was clean, fresh and a good work environment. Thomas was kind enough to give me discounts, however the bill seemed steep for what little was done; oil change, new filters and tire rotation. My mother only pays half the price for the same routine at Mazda. Nonetheless I plan on coming back for future quality maintenance and repairs. More

Like most people, we dread car shopping. Most dealerships play such mind games with you and you perpetually feel like you're getting ripped off. Jacque was a straight shooter from the moment we got there. There was a little bit of negotiating, as to be expected, but we had come to expect initial offers to be sky-high from our other dealership meetings. The initial payment options that were presented were reasonable and made us comfortable that we were not getting ripped off. We walked away with the lease deal we wanted and we're excited to start driving our new Tiguan. More
