Felt like the kind of service experience that I used to receive back in the U.K. Everything is set up to make the customer’s life as easy as possible. First Ever On-line Leasing Experience was Excellent Having leased vehicles for over twenty years; this was the first time ever that we were able to complete the process (agreed to price) on-line. Gerard Rose and Erin Scordelis are an excellent TEAM. They answered all our questions and helped us get to the finish line in leasing our new 2020 VW.
