I had a stress-free, wonderful car buying experience, and I owe it all to Olivia (sales department). I've purchased a lot of cars in the past, and I can assure anyone reading this review that she is indeed one of the good ones. Olivia never once pressured me, and I believe she did her very best to make me feel welcome and comfortable at the dealership throughout the sales process. If you want your next vehicle purchase to be a positive, pain-free experience, don't overlook Dimmitt Automotive Group. And if you want someone to treat you like a human being rather than a number, don't hesitate to call/see Olivia, as I cannot recommend her highly enough. In closing, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention my experience with Sean (Sales Manager) and David (Business Manager), as they too were a delight to work with. More

In sort order he changed the tire & was on his way all within two hours of my mishap.Saturday, after securing a new tire, I called your service dept. and talked to Todd about returning the tire on Monday and having a warranty oil change performed. Todd said that Monday was already full but that if I could be there within an hour they would accommodate my oil change immediately. WOW. I was impressed. Todd was EXTREMELY upbeat, positive, friendly, warm, gracious, humorous plus professional. He DAZZLED me and I observed him treating a couple from across the state who were in need with the same passion and compassion. WELL DONE! More

When it came up to negotiate the price of my trade in corvette and the new Ats cadillac,we worked with the bussiness manager Sue.They worked as a team to try to get me the best deal for my corvette and to find my new cadillac with the options I wanted it. Kathleen spent a significant amount of time explaining to me the features of the new car specially the CUE system.She even told me to come back to talk to her with the questions I had about the technology of the ATS wich is very sophisticated. I recomend very highly Kathleen Doyle and the bussiness manager Sue.And I love my new Cadillac. More
This dealership started off as a dream come true for my bentley. Then, after getting the car in they told me that my vehicle had problems that it didn't, as well as stating known issues were fixed. On top of that, the car has sat there for 2 weeks, with no work done on it, because the service manager didn't quote me any prices or send over forms to authorize repairs before he left for a week long rolls Royce convention in Las Vegas. This whole experience has been a joke. More

From the moment we walked in the door I felt welcomed and at no time felt any pressure. Jonathan, the sales manager came out personally and introduced himself. Deniz our salesman was very patient and knowledgeable about their product and Sue Mobley, the finance manager was very easy to work with . We were given a tour of the garage and introduced to the men who would be performing the service on our car. We decided on the Cadillac SRX and absolutely love it. Deniz took the time to go through and help us learn about all of the unique features and encouraged us to come back with questions after we had time to drive our car. I would highly recommend this dealership and the Cadillac product to anyone looking for a quality product with quality service. Kim More
