On a Saturday morning my Cadillac developed some very unusual noises w Todd Brown and the entire Service Team at Dimmitt really came through for me! On a Saturday morning my Cadillac developed some very unusual noises when moving. During a call to Todd, we agreed that it should be towed in. Todd told me where to call for Cadillac Roadside Assistance (Free) towing. The response time was less than 25 minutes. Upon arrival in the tow truck, we were immediately processed in, and offered some very good coffee and a nice fresh donut. I was kept advised of the repair status (by Todd), and it turned out to have been a potentially serious problem that was "nipped in the bud", by a very competent Service Team. I was on my way in my freshly washed SRX in less than 3 hours. To say I was pleased is an understatement. KUDOS to Todd Brown and the Dimmitt Service Team!!! More
