I had a couple of teething problems mainly because I was not familiar with all the modern controls my service contact,Todd Brown in particular has always given me first class attention and immediately sorted put my problem or has arrange for a courtesy car. Top Notch Service!!! Todd Brown and the entire Service Team at Dimmitt really came through for me! On a Saturday morning my Cadillac developed some very unusual noises w Todd Brown and the entire Service Team at Dimmitt really came through for me! On a Saturday morning my Cadillac developed some very unusual noises when moving. During a call to Todd, we agreed that it should be towed in. Todd told me where to call for Cadillac Roadside Assistance (Free) towing. The response time was less than 25 minutes. Upon arrival in the tow truck, we were immediately processed in, and offered some very good coffee and a nice fresh donut. I was kept advised of the repair status (by Todd), and it turned out to have been a potentially serious problem that was "nipped in the bud", by a very competent Service Team. I was on my way in my freshly washed SRX in less than 3 hours. To say I was pleased is an understatement. KUDOS to Todd Brown and the Dimmitt Service Team!!! More

Very good Al Harter has been my service writer for over twenty five years and I can't say enough good things about how he treats me and my Cadillacs over the ye Al Harter has been my service writer for over twenty five years and I can't say enough good things about how he treats me and my Cadillacs over the years. When he sets up an appointment he is always ready to process the service needed when I arrive, as well as have a loaner ready if needed. If the service is going to take a few days he calls me with an update. Al is the best! More

Todd Brown was the service manager that assisted with the scheduling and setting up a rental car for my use while mine was in the shop. His attention to my needs at this particular time was outstanding. His attitude and professionalism was exceptional. He is a true credit to Dimmitt Cadillac.
