Friendly and responsive We purchased a 2017 XT5 platinum. The dealership had to order the vehicle, and said it would take 10 to 12 weeks to arrive. It was a custom order with We purchased a 2017 XT5 platinum. The dealership had to order the vehicle, and said it would take 10 to 12 weeks to arrive. It was a custom order with a lot of unique changes to the base trim. Katherine was very communicative during the entire process. We were pleased to find the vehicle come in at about half the time expected. Our experience each time we went into the dealership was pleasant, and professional. Katherine spent a lot of time trying to show us how to make best of all the technology during pick up. The only complaint I have is that we noticed that a couple of the parts that we paid for were not installed; the aluminum pedals, and the door edge guards. However, when I notified Katherine of the issue, she was very upfront about the reason why the parts were not installed (pedals were backordered and simple oversight. The dealership will be coming to pick up the vehicle from our house which is an hour away to correct the problem, and leave us a loaner. More

On a Saturday morning my Cadillac developed some very unusual noises when moving. During a call to Todd, we agreed that it should be towed in. Todd told me where to call for Cadillac Roadside Assistance (Free) towing. The response time was less than 25 minutes. Upon arrival in the tow truck, we were immediately processed in, and offered some very good coffee and a nice fresh donut. I was kept advised of the repair status (by Todd), and it turned out to have been a potentially serious problem that was "nipped in the bud", by a very competent Service Team. I was on my way in my freshly washed SRX in less than 3 hours. To say I was pleased is an understatement. KUDOS to Todd Brown and the Dimmitt Service Team!!! More
