I didn't work with Beckie at all, I never even met her despite her being the one with whom my appointments were scheduled. But Adrian Reeher was extremely nice! Very funny and personable. He made the time despite her being the one with whom my appointments were scheduled. But Adrian Reeher was extremely nice! Very funny and personable. He made the time fly by. But weirdly enough, the car had significant red and brown staining to the ceiling in multiple places that I had to remind them to take care of (it shouldn't have been shown with stains like that to begin with). But other than that it was a good experience. More

Josh was helpful and patient with my questions. He answered each one as best he could and was also helpful explaining the financing, maintenance and licensing of my new Toyota Rav 4! Since I am from Ohio and non resident of PA, things were just a little bit different. Josh also explained all of the components of the car's controls and even the software of the infotainment system. He helped pair my phone and set up the Toyota program for me. Thanks Josh and the team at Diehl! He made sure I am welcome at a Dielhl dealership near my home and I will be welcome there for service! The finance department was helpful and things went smoothly. Thanks also to Juanita for her friendly smile and assistance. Thanks again all! More
