What Others Say

100% satisfied. Chris Capone and Jason Fraley were great to partner with on my sale. I had to coordinate from out of town so communication was key in order for things to go smoothly. Everything worked great. Highly recommend. Thanks to the crew at Diehl for making my experience great.

I bought a 2025 Rav 4 from Chris Capone (with the help of Ryan). They both were very helpful and treated me with kindness and respect. Both of them personally called me after the purchase to see how I liked he car and asked if I had any questions. They were the friendliest salesmen that I have ever had when buying a new car. I will certainly buy another car from Chris (or Ryan) if I ever decide to get another one. I am sure the one I just bought will probably last me for a long time.

3 hours for an oil change and inspection is a little much. When I was promised free inspections for buying there, there should be no fee but they still changed me. I called 4 different times and no one bothered calling back. Will not buy from you again!

We knew what we wanted and Kaylah expedited our transaction quickly. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly 😊

I am suspect as to whether or not this operation can be trusted! I was given an estimate of $1800 for work they said was needed to pass PA inspection. I went to another large automotive shop for a second opinion and learned that none actually needed done, that the issues in question were fine. I was told however that another safety issue, listed but never discussed on my estimate was necessary, something I took care of two days later and had my vehicle inspected. I was foolish to take my vehicle to this dealership again for service. I had a similar issue with them in the past where I was given an estimate of $1200 for repairs, which I had completed for less than $200, they said were needed to pass inspection. Since I've experienced issues of this nature twice I am considering reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for these practices. I felt Dave in the service department was arrogant and condescending toward me, not the sort of attitude one would expect or hope for from a professional operation. Needless to say my experiences have not been pleasant and certainly do not merit return or any possible recommendations.

Excellent customer service. Chris Capone, Jason Fraley and Drew Reckhart are very knowledgeable people. No pressure sales tactics were used and we felt as though they cared about us. These three men helped us stay within our budget and worked with us every step of the way. We received a fair trade in value for our van and are very pleased with our new RAV4 purchase. If want to do business with knowledgeable, honest, patient, helpful and friendly people, then we suggest contacting Diehl Toyota of Hermitage. In addition, we have used there service department for any auto checkups and repairs for over 12 years. They too are knowledgeable and honest people. Thank you again all you folks at Diehl Toyota of Hermitage!
