Diehl's service department representatives are very courteous and knowledgeable. The problem isn't the service department but the cars themselves. It is hard to believe that in 2024 a manufacturer w courteous and knowledgeable. The problem isn't the service department but the cars themselves. It is hard to believe that in 2024 a manufacturer would use engines (GDI and other variations) that only last 72,000 without having to monitor the oil consumption for an engine replacement. This is my second Kia vehicle in my family that will require a new engine. I am surprised Hyundai/Kia has not resolved this issue. More
